I brought my vehicle in for repairs to the driver’s-side rear quarter panel. It took approximately one week for work to begin, and I was later notified that the repairs had been completed. However, upon inspecting the vehicle, I found the work to be unsatisfactory. The paint finish contained visible dirt contamination, appeared rushed, and exhibited several imperfections. Additionally, the repaired area did not closely match the original factory appearance. After expressing my concerns, I was assured that the issues would be corrected, and the vehicle was retained for an additional week. I was then informed for a second time that the repairs had been completed. Upon returning to inspect the vehicle, I discovered that a dent had been introduced in the same area that was being repaired. Furthermore, the vehicle now has clear coat overspray on multiple areas, indicating that proper masking and preparation procedures were not followed during the refinishing process. I have made several attempts to contact management to discuss these ongoing issues and determine an appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, I have been unable to receive the time and attention necessary to properly address my concerns. Given the repeated deficiencies in workmanship and the lack of effective communication.
