The vehicle itself looked great. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a bunch of residue on door handles and side panels on the inside of the doors.

Just a little lack of communication upfront. Gerber was in contact with my insurance company, which is great, but I personally had no idea of the status of my vehicle. After a week passed, I called Gerber to find out.
