Windshield was supposed to be replaced with the rest of the work. It was not. I was told they’ll contact me shortly. I’m not angry, just wish it would have all been done at one time.

Windshield supposed to be replaced. It was not. Still is not. They said theyd call right away to set up repair. They did not. I ended up having to call. Wasn’t even going to do windshield until they brought it up. Thought it was a good idea, so filed claim as they told me to do and then they didn’t even fix it.

My vehicle rear bumper that got repair was not lined up with my side fender. and whoever buffs the vehicle left a lot of swirl all over vehicle body. Also on my driver's side mat was really dirty.the rear bumper that got spray paint have lots of bumps. hard water all over Front Wind shield Have wax very blurry.Whoever did work on my vehicle was unexperienced.

From what I can tell currently they've done a great job! the exterior of my car is looking good again after the crash I was in. They even vacuumed inside of my car and it's looking great. I haven't had the chance to drive it due to injuries from the accident, but so far, so good! They were very friendly and the customer service was top notch.

They were lovely. They were willing to help me find a way to get my vehicle to my house (nearby) if I was unable to find assistance - thankfully, I was able to have a family member assist. They are above and beyond.
