Very friendly staff, very high quality work. They truly have over delivered. From getting the vehicle completed well ahead of their original estimate, to working to make sure everything was perfect despite a minor part mix up that was out of their control. Overall I would rate everything a 10 (almost). the quality of work is spot on and everything looks perfect. The team was nothing less than friendly & professional. The communication was great, especially the weekly text message and dashboard. My only criticism is the overall price. the cost ended up higher than I had hoped and was right where the worst-case scenario was quoted.

From taking my vehicle for an estimate to picking it up after the work was completed everyone who I interacted with was courteous and competent. I was even provided rides home and back. Calvin went above and beyond to find a bumper for my 2005 Trailblazer. He said because it was in such great shape he'd try to get original equipment. And he did! It looks awesome! The guys did an awesome job. And thanks to Miranda for taking me home and picking me up afterwards. That was truly unexpected. Overall...I give them an A+ 👍👍

Calvin went above and beyond to get an original equipment bumper because I really didn't want aftermarket parts as my Trailblazer was in such beautiful condition. He found one! The guys did a superb job of painting and installing the bumper. And since I could not afford a rental car, Miranda gave me a ride after I dropped off my vehicle and then came and picked me up when it was done!

Everything was done according to plan. Very efficient about thier work. Did not take longer than the repair date, which is good. Always sent updates through phone messages. Very good customers service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results.
