I think they did a great job. They kept me well informed on what was going on. If I had any questions, they answered it, they explained to me. They had my car for over a month and when I got it back where they had buffed it out there is circular scratches on my trunk lid. There’s scratches on my bumper. They’re apparently used a pad that was dirty so I’m not too happy about this, especially since it took over a month to get my vehicle done. I would suggest that you look into other places and look at the reviews and what customers say before you pick a shop to do the work. Mine was a Allstate preferred collision repair and I won’t go with the preferred anymore because of this I always seen some is up but to take over a month for what they had to do was outrageous and then there was delay after delay because of this or that you are not very happy.

I was told by one guy that it would be looked best best it’s ever looked and that I’d be really surprised, but I was not surprised. I just feel they did a terrible job , fur company to be around that long in business you think they would have some standards, and especially for a company to be around for that long. It wouldn’t take them over a month to do my car.
