As the vehicle damage was a pretty good sized job Gerber did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way. They also completed that large job in a very timely manner beating my expectations!!! They have made me confident they’ll be there to help me out if anything ever goes wrong although I believe there will be no problems with the high quality work they did.

Ty your estimator was very cordial, listened and assured me my vehicle would be done before My car insurance expired. Gerber was able to finish my vehicle two days before my car insurance would’ve expired. They also did an excellent job on my large scratch and also touch up. They fixed my door latch for under $200-I had went to a Cadillac dealer and spent $1000 but it was still intermittent I.am 100% satisfied with Gerber’s employees and quality of work. Kent Hagen

Ty did exceptional job on my damaged new Lexus on front bumper and glass. I am so happy to see my car is back to original condition. It has been great experience since the car stayed in shop for a week. The entire crew in the shop are very kind and extremely patient to explain all I asked and wanted to learn about things related to the repair or replacement. The workmanship Ty has is amazing. Beyond what car insurance covers for two type of repairs on damages, Ty saw other scratches on the rear bumper and got that buffed off without charge that I thought impossible from my previous experience with my dealer that tried to remove them. With only $500 deductible I got two severe damages fixed and four scratches buffed off. The bad feeling from car accident and incidents turned into happy ending. Thank you so much! Your shop is truly the best.
