I had my accident Wednesday evening and that coming Sunday I was getting married. The stress of a wedding along during Covid already had me on edge and getting a car accident on top of it was the cherry on top. My Hartford insurance referred me to Gerber collision and oh my gosh I was stress free once they helped me. I was able to have my wedding and go on my honeymoon without any stress or worry at all. I was updated constantly via text about the process of my car and when it’d be ready. I will definitely be going back if I need any car collision or glass repair. I had the best experience ever and I’ve had multiple car accidents (not my fault though) and each time it was stressful and bad communication. Gerber exceeded any and all expectations!!

The rear trunk looks like it’s been scratched, my understanding it’s a used door? Missing the Suburban sign. To top it off my truck was in the shop for a month, the inside was a disaster, people’s napkins and soda cans was inside my truck and used my hand sanitizer and it’s broken. The parking break is hard to use. Makes me wonder if my shop was being used while they “waited” for the back sensor. Just put gas before I got In the accident and I received my truck on empty with the gas light on. Not happy at all.
