Everyone was great from the start to the finish. They dealt with my fleet insurance and never made my experience more difficult. They called me a couple of times that my vehicle was ready and I didn't get back to them in time, but they were super patient and worked around my schedule. Definitely a big fan, and the car looks great. Reed was great to deal with

Quality work is no there. Paint is burn from buffing it out. Need to take truck back to the shop.

The repairs were horrible. Gerber left burn marks on the paint all over my truck(bumper,fender,door, tailgate, etc. the Paint was ruined from buffing it. I had to exchanged my truck for another truck. I am super disappointed since my truck was brand new only had for 3 months.
