The lady who reviewed the damage to my car was somewhat curt. I loved the wash and wax they did on my car. It was amazing!

Don’t consider delays to being body shops fault. I believe it to be insurance industry way of saving money. Yet my premiums continue to rise.

Took to long to do repairs. According to body shop the insurance company wants to use used parts to do repair. That meant parts come from all over the county. Took 5 days to get a tail light from Alabama instead of using local new parts. Ridiculous.
