My part was on back order, and I do not blame Gerber for this. However, I waited for weeks for them to call and get my car into the shop. I received a call asking why I hadn't dropped my car off, and I explained that I never received a call from the shop letting me know my part was in and to schedule my drop off. I brought my car in that evening (Monday). I was told it would most likely be done by that Thursday and so I called that Thursday afternoon. The part that came was the wrong size...they were keeping my car through the weekend and a few days after to make the repair. It would have been appreciated to have had the opportunity to take my car home while they waiting for the right part or have a phone call explaining the delay. I even had to call to see when my car would be ready after waiting over a week and found out it was ready that day for me to come get. I had to reach out for any updates. Very frustrating experience.

Paint work was excellent. A rattle developed after the repair. We took it back and a technician checked it out but found nothing wrong. We still have the rattle but it is minor.
