It took forever because of supply chain issues and the collision company changed to Gerber in the midst of things which caused complications. Ultimately things came together and very responsive staff facilitated a good resolution. Thank you.

The overall quality of the repair was amazing, so we’ll done with that. The only two things that made is less than “completely” satisfying was 1) the constant canned text messages that basically said nothing of value, and 2) that I was the one who had to initiate phone calls when repair times exceeded what was discussed and even on the final due date. I had no problem with the repair taking longer than anticipated, but would have appreciated someone reaching out to me to let me know without me having to call in each time. Thanks!

My car looks great! Everyone was very nice and helpful. They charged what they said they would - no hidden fees. And, they detailed my car! I cannot even express how this small act was so greatly appreciated!! No one has ever cleaned my car for me so it was such a gift. Thank you!
