I wouldn’t you knew the paint was messed up and u sent it anyways so u wouldn’t have to fix they knew the paint didn’t match my paint but they sent it home anyways

Paint doesn’t match trunk looks messed up still and not lined up we were told paint didn’t match they would have car another week longer they called me two days later to pick up car and the paint is horrible not happy at all

The only person that i ever interacted with was the receptionist. Even when i had my initial appointment to get an estimate. After 2 weeks there are some minor scracthes on the paint job and it has only been in my garage since then. There was a scratch on the front passenger door from the accident that was NOT repaired.

No verbal communication was done eith me. They rely on technology to replace human interaction. The bill doubled from my original estimate and I'm not totally sure what was actually done to my vehicle.
