Vince has been very helpful and thorough throughout the process. He gave me input regarding the insurance carrier for the person who caused my damage and also let me know about rental cars. This was my first time having an accident and having to deal with the different things such as insurance so I appreciated his guidance. It was a seamless process. He always followed through with updates as he said which is not always common this day in age.
