I was extremely pleased with the politeness and thoroughness of Lakisha and the man who repaired my car. He did an amazing job. Your waiting area really need some attention! Every chair looks like someone had an accident on it. I was reluctant to sit down. The room itself looks like it’s going through demolition, and there were boxes of stuff strewn around. Otherwise, I was thrilled with the service and would come back. My car was returned to me sparkling clean, inside and out. A very nice extra touch!

There is a repair not completed as yet. May have to be subleted. It involves the tire monitoring system. John was not available at the pickup time. All else seems fine.

They sublet the wheel alignment out and their total charge was over $340???!!

The hood is not sitting completely flush with the fenders. It appears that the shop deemed the hood undamaged, and did not take time to align it with the fenders after replacement of said fenders. I would’ve liked this to sit flush.
