I still don't have my car! It has been in the possession of Gerber Collision for over 3 weeks, promises of completion have come and gone. The insurance coverage for my rental will expire in one day.

My biggest complaint is about the lack of communication from the; I assume automated text messages, that said my car wouldn't be ready until 10/28 but then received a call 1 day later telling me my car was ready. Secondly the lack of communication amongst coworkers was upsetting since it was assumed I had to pay my deductible when I did not just having the same talk/argument two times in a row was unsettling.

So far looks good. Still need to verify the hitch will still slide into the receptacle and the electric interface still works. Every one in the office was professional and courteous.
