I was amazed by your level of service. Besides the beautiful end product, the communication from Gerber was almost daily. I never felt that I was just a number but a valued customer. The repairs were completed 2 days early. I hesitated with an insurance recommendation but I am more than pleased.

Very happy with the results and that almost all OEM parts were able to be used despite coordinating with insurance. Even though insurance was covering everything I would have preferred to know exactly what was being replaced.
