Having to go through the process of getting my vehicle repaired after being backed in to was not something I was looking forward to. However, Gerber made the process as simple as it could have been. They were good at communicating, efficient, and even helped me set up my rental car and return it. Shall I need any more repairs done (fingers crossed I won’t), I will return to Gerber.

The damage to the door has been repaired and looks good, but the window seal on the top is off. It’s pulled back, the wind whistles through while driving and this morning the door handle wouldn’t open the door. More functional issues after the repair than before. Will have to contact body shop.
