John explained my policy which I was not aware of since I’ve had it for 44 years but it doesn’t pay for new parts. They’re either used or aftermarket which I was surprised that learned something.

Although it was just a mirror, John went out of his way to make the repair quick and seamless although I did get an estimate through Honda in Marysville and it was about $400 cheaper although you wouldn’t pay for it
