I’m very happy with the estimate process, the professionalism, the communication from the shop, as well as having the repair sooner than the estimated 10 days for my repair. I was initially weary of waiting so long for my bumper damage but glad that the shop included possible time in case I had to wait longer. Got the car washed inside and cleaned inside too which wasn’t expected. The bumper looks like new like there was never an accident. Thank you for your professional work.

Poor communication, delays . I was told my rental was to be covered. I have not heard anything.
