I was disappointed with the overall repair experience. I was originally told the repair would take approximately 1-1.5 weeks, but my vehicle was not completed for about 4 weeks. When I finally picked it up, I immediately noticed that the upper portion of the bumper on the right side was not properly snapped/attached and was visibly sticking out. I also noticed that the sealer was not replaced as it should have been. After waiting nearly a month, I expected the repair to be completed correctly and thoroughly inspected before the vehicle was returned to me. Unfortunately, the long delay combined with obvious workmanship issues made me question the quality control of the repair.
