From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the checkout process I was treated with respect, professionalism and kindness. It is obvious it is important to them to be honest, fair, and cost effective. Joshua was very easy to talk to and explained things thoroughly. The office manager was also very good. The final work was good. Poor communication regarding pricing estimates led to some frustration when the price increased twice. The rep work on some things to lower the labor costs to try to close the pricing gap.

There are now scuff marks on the front and back of my car. Along with red over spray on the front and rear bumpers/quarter panels and car door. The backup warning sensor light is also on while I drive the car.
