I took my car in to have the rear driver bumper and panel fixed. My car came back with more scratches and pits on it then it had upon arrival...including scratches on the hood and rear driver side door. The "repaired" area was grainy and had not been buffed or smoothed all the way out before being painted. The advisor sent the car back to the technician to be buffed out. There was also pits along the side and rear panel where they painted. The advisor claimed they couldn't buff the new scratches because they were too deep. Highly disappointed in this shop as we had just brought our other car in for repair late last year with no problems. When I initially called to check on my car they said they were behind because a technician was off for spring break. I believe they were extremely careless and did a faulty job on my car because they were rushing to keep up. The only good thing was the color matched.
