Would be a 10 if the promises of my bumper skirt is repaired.

I'm still waiting for the shop manager to reach back out to me to repair the scratches on the lower black skirt that attaches to the bumper to be repaired as they scratched this when reattaching it to the bumper. It is deep scratches not something that will buff out as he tried to do by wiping it down. He stated he will order the part but I have yet to hear back from him. He and myself took pictures of the damage.

I just got my car back, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Craig was absolutely great. He was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! They even let me leave the Enterprise rental car with them so they could take care of returning it, which made everything so much easier. The receptionist was also very nice and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciate how well everything was handled. Thank you, Craig, and the whole team! 😊

The quality of work that was completed by the experienced technician that repaired on all the damaged area was superb. Matching the original silver paint on our 2017 Infiniti QX50 was done with expertise and care. We are pleased and grateful to have stopped to get an estimate. Gerber Collision did great work on my Honda accord. My vehicle looks exactly like it did before the accident. I had the driver side door completely replaced, and you can’t even tell the difference. By my interactions with Craig, I could tell this shop is thorough in the work they do.

I worked with Craig . He was very professional and kept me regularly informed and updated. I was happy that he was very detailed with me when I dropped my car off for inspection. Also, explained the work that was completed when I picked up it up. Which is better than just reading it on the invoice. I was able to ask lots of questions throughout the process and Craig was knowledgeable. Overall, excellent service and I would bring my car back again if I needed to!

Highlight is that it was close to my house & enterprise car rental picked me up at gerbers & i was able to leave the rental for pickup at gerbers when my car was ready
