I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They repaired my car after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My car looks amazing—it honestly doesn’t even look like it was ever in an accident! Everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They were also very flexible with their schedule and made everything easy and convenient for me. I truly appreciate their great service and the quality of their work. I’ve chosen a 1 in the absence of a N/A score because I want to see how this ends. After troubles related to the shop used for alignment issues (Firestone) postponing completion, I picked up my truck on Tuesday, went to work Wednesday until 10pm. When I started the truck to leave work, my low-beam headlights would not come on. I checked fuses and relays which checked out ok.. My son was having a scheduled surgery Friday and I needed to help him prep Thursday for it, so I borrowed a car to care of him and was in no mood to deal with truck issues, again. I’ve never had issues with my headlights just as I never had issues with constant front end noise (which has been 95% remedied) but after all the time spent on the alignment, I’m left without headlights? This is unacceptable.

The Gerber employees have all treated me well I believe it is the alignment shop causing issues but since Gerber Collision is handling the job, the responsibility rests upon them. I have given a 9 despite the good people I have dealt with, the truck has been returned with an issue it didn’t have before.

That people were really friendly. They told me it would take several weeks for the carpet to be shipped, but it was much faster. They worked with me to schedule the best time for me to bring my car in. They told me it would take a couple of days to do the work but the car was ready the next day. They delivered the car to my house because I want able to get there to pick it up. Unfortunately afterwards I wasn't able to find my handicapped placard. They told me they didn't see it. I had to order a new one which will take 15 days. I'm also missing a little bit of change that was in the cup holder area, but it was only a little.

After the inital presentation of my truck, I noticed the fixes were not correct and I could see the 1 dent in my door. The team looked at it and agreed. They took my truck back and made it right. I did take an extra 10 days, but its fixed correctly now and they also paid for my rental as I did not have rental coverage. thank you guys!
