Went to pick up truck and steering wheel was shaking along with loud noise coming from under the hood. I put in drive and noise got louder. Parked it went back in and stated I won’t take this on road. Fix this issue as this wasn’t even something ae dealt with when dropping off vehicle. I’m contacting GEICO tomorrow to notate this situation. Rep who took care of us stated this didn’t come up on the codes. By driving this vehicle you should be able to diagnose the feel and sound omitted.

Someone in your organization messed with my seating assignment. At the same time they reset the dashboard settings. Why would someone do that to a car in for repairs? There has to be better repair facility that care about peoples cars.

Emma was amazing. Very professional greeted me when I first walked in, answered all my questions and basically did what she said it. My vehicle needed to be done and it was actually a day before that I received it. She went out of her way to make sure because I was going out of town.
