I went to pick car up after having been there for two weeks. Was told the car was ready. The paint had bubbles and the hatch was no longer flush with the car extending over a quarter of an inch from the rest of the car. Car was extremely dirty inside. Car was left to be repaired again. Employee was aware of all issues when left. Car was picked up today a week later. New paint was good. The hatch was now flush with car. The car had no gas in it. The worker helped me figure out that I had 6 miles available to find a gas station. By the time I got to the gas station I had three miles left before I’d run out. The interior of the car was coated in dust from front to back, top to bottom, floor mats extremely dirty. I was told their detailer quit and so they couldn’t clean it. My car is only a few years old and now there is dust in every area. There was even cobwebs on the inside passenger door. It looked as if all the car doors were left open for the three weeks at Gerber.

The experience we had at Gerber was absolutely terrible. The customer service from Emma was terrible to start with. She was rude, condescending and lazy. Never had an answer or solution to any problem. The finished product was incomplete and wrong. They completely painted the truck wrong and we have to have the truck painted…. The manager offered to give us a cash price “A good deal” on painting the rest of the truck. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Completely unprofessional and lack of quality of service. Disappointed.
