I would have appreciated more communication. They kept telling me they would call me then never did. Anytime I got any information I had to call. The day they said my vehicle was going to be ready they didn't call me until the end of the day and I work across town. I had called earlier in the day, after they never called me the day before like they said they would, they said it was in for a wash. I asked if that meant it was ready and the person said I don't know you need to talk to you mechanic. And my initial conversation with them I said I assumed fixing the bumper would only take a couple of days, the woman on the phone literally laughed at me. The work was fine, the customer service was awful.

There was poor communication between the shop and myself. I had to call a couple of times to try and get information. Then the completion date kept changing and I understand waiting on parts. I was able to get my car, as it was needed, and had to make arrangements for bringing it back in due to other parts that were waiting on delivery.
