At the beginning I was promised calls but never got any. Told three different amounts of time needed. Then had my drop off date pushed back. I found out that they had not been open long and were having difficultly with staff. Once I got the car in everything was great.

At the beginning I was told they would call me when parts came in. Waited two weeks then called them and they could not even figure out if they had been ordered. Promised a call the next day but they never called back I called back 4 days later.

I came here right after they opened. They changed their workforce a few times while my car was in their shop. They did a good job, but did not check the car out sufficiently before I came to get it. I found three things wrong with it and one more at home So I had to make another trip to the shop. Front office was professional and fairly knowledgeable. After having the car for a couple days, they did a fantastic job of repair, and I would take my car back to them again if necessary.

The fuel line wasn't bled after installing filter so truck lost power & engine light came on. We had it diagnosed & error message cleared. Water is leaking it appears from winshield washer reservoir because it's no longer full.

We were told truck was ready to pick up. We drove 110 miles (2 hrs) to get it. Upon arrival it wasn't ready. When it was ready & we did pick it up we broke down on way home.
