This was by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. They keep you informed weekly on the progress of the repairs. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. I hope I never need this service again, but in the event I do, they will without a doubt have my repeat business!

Kris went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly and made arrangements to arrive earlier (before you open) along with another staff member for me to pickup my vehicle. I am totally satisfied with the repair and the communication while the shop had my vehicle. I am in awe of the utter disappointment that I have with their after care service. It was explained to me that I could drop off my rental car when I picked up my repaired car, and they would “take care of everything”. I picked up my repair on the 22nd and left them with the rental car and keys. Today is the 25th, and I have spent several hours back and forth with the rental car company, as well as repair facility, in addition to my insurance company. We were trying to figure out who was going to be responsible for the payment of the rental car past the date of the 22nd that the insurance stopped paying for it. Simply because the repair facility never made contact with the said rental car company to inform them that the rental needed to be acquired. The rental car as of today was still in their possession. Total miss where this is concerned. Best let them handle just the repairs to which they are highly qualified to do.

This place really deserve a very high praise they went over and beyond to take care of the wants and needs that I need it at the time the accident that caused damage to my car was very stressful and very I wanted displays made me feel really good about the services about the time frame and just overall made sure that I was OK even when I told them about the accident they were the only people to say are you OK do you need anything even the person that calls the accident did not ask if I was OK so once again I have very high praise for this place and then staff very professional very on time very informational and they kept me up-to-date on everything with my car I never felt out of the loop I never felt like I did not know what was going on what an amazing group of people I wish all companies will take that into consideration when opening businesses this is by far one of the best experience I’ve ever had with any company you guys deserve 100 stars for all the hard work and dedication and the time that you put in phone number bottom of my heart I want to say thank you so much for making a nightmare into a dream
