I know they were busy, but I was told to drop it off on a Tuesday and they didn’t start on it for eight days. They did finish and exactly one week though which I was pleased with and the work looks perfect.

While I would prefer not to be in a collision repair shop, my experiences at Gerber were very positive. Front office staff were kind and professional. Repair job was extremely well done and couple of days earlier than their estimate and very happy.Gerber, loaner car rental company and insurance company have made it hassle free to the customer to have the use of a vehicle while repair is done.
