Tom and his crew were outstanding. He advocated for us, the customer, in what was a very painful insurance process with Progressive (not our insurance company). Tom was very patient in seeing this repair through, even though Progressive threw up roadblocks / created delays at seemingly every step of the way. Tom was excellent in staying in communication with me relative to the status of his attempts to work with Progressive and relative to the status of the repair. When the repair was finished and I picked up my car, I was very pleased with the repair work (and felt the car had been restored to its pre-collision condition), as well as the overall condition / cleanliness of the car. Our family has taken several automobiles to Gerber Collision for repair, and we have had a good experience with each one.
