My rating would be higher, but I’m waiting on the follow through with ordering parts that should have already been replaced.

The repairs seem high quality. I was disappointed to find some of the damaged lower trim on the bumper reused instead of being replaced, especially with the cost of the total repair. These were $20-30 parts. I was also missing two bezel inserts, on the new lower bumper/grill, and the manager said he would order these in. Again, these were $20-30 parts. I’m waiting to see if these will be ordered or not.

Insurance played a factor for the delays, but repair time was really good once insurance approved. Again, I was disappointed to find damaged trim parts used on the new parts that should have been replaced. $20-30 parts. Feels like corners were cut, and I hope the major repairs were done right.

I have already sent Gerber 3 friends . I highly recommend and I tell everybody. I am a cashier at Falcon Walmart I tell all my customers what an excellent job they did and early.

I would give Gerber in Falcon a 100 if I could. My Ram has been there twice now. Once hit in Walmart parking lot they where a week early. Then hail damage they did an excellent job and again 2 weeks early. They where fantastic keeping in touch with me and pictures. I highly recommend Gerber in Falcon Tom & Nic are awesome.
