Twice a week I was texted multiple times about the progress of my car and when the completion date was. That is great, but it was misinformation. I was notified a week early that it was done that day and they wanted it picked up. We picked up the vehicle and got clear to rental car place to return the rental car and we noticed there was damage on rear door that had not been fixed yet. We had to go back and drop it off because Gerber had forgotten to fix that part. It was very inconvienent as both my husband and I were working nights and we lost sleep over getting the car when it wasnt fixed yet.

They did inform me twice a week about updates on my car. But it was misinformation because our car was completed a week early and we were instructed to pick it up ASAP.

Bumper installation doesn’t align on one side, over spray on paint and there covers around the tail lights looks terrible. This collision repair is unimpressive, very disappointed in the quality of work.

Repair was okay, took a lot longer than I expected. My key was broken when i went to pick up my car but no one told me, they just "hoped" my car would start when i got there. After talking to the front desk and a mechanic they both said that the key issue had started the day before and it didnt do it the whole time my car was there. They were just going to let me go home with a car that wasnt in the condition in which i brought it in. Very frustrating. They did get a new key made for my car and set me up in another rental car.

I was told I would get my truck on the 23rd. It's only the 5th and my truck is better than it was before it got the damage. I would highly recommend gerber collision to anybody who is looking to be well taken care of. They kept me informed and always let me know what the next step was. Couldn't ask for a better place to get my truck fixed.
