From walking in the front door my fears were put at ease. The professionalism of the staff was excellent! The sweet lady that wrote the estimate and took the time to explain everything she is the best! The tech that did the work give him a raise. You can’t even tell! I’d recommend the Bragg Blvd location to anyone and will take all my future needs there!

My car was completed much quicker than expected. I was originally quoted a 14-day turnaround time, but after speaking with my adjuster and explaining that I needed my vehicle sooner, they were able to help expedite the process. I received my car back in less than seven days! They also went the extra mile by vacuuming and cleaning my car before returning it to me. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and great service.

Miss Stephanie is amazing, she kept me updated on the entire process and the bodyshop/painter team did great work, you can't tell anything was ever wrong with my truck. You are missing out if you don't chose Gerber to take care of your vehicle.

I was very impressed with how clean my truck looked! The bumper looked brand new, and both the inside and outside of my truck were cleaned exceptionally well.

Overall, I am satisfied, but the whole time I was unsure how long my truck would be worked on. The original date in the text stated it would be complete at the end of the month; however, I got a text a week later stating it would be done the following day. While good news, I had to jump through a few extra hoops to return my loaner vehicle from my company.
