I was satisfied with the painting of my bumper, it blended right in with the color of my vehicle, but I was not satisfied with the repair of the vehicle, because the cover for my left head light came off while driving,and the left side of the bumper came out a little from the repair that was done.

under ordinary circumstances I would recommend this repair shop because they do good work however they need to address their lack of staff and do a better job communicating with their customer when their vehicle is not going be ready the day it was promised

The receptionist on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville NC was great. Unfortunately she had to deal with the angry customers who about the delay of their vehicle repairs (Something the management should have done)

The establishment was very unorganized and communication was terrible. Had my car for almost 8 weeks and every time they gave me an estimated time, something came up every time. I was always told a few things needed to be done on my car and it would be ready in a few days. I would then call back expecting my car to be ready only to be given more excuses. Spoke to management and they weren’t any help, just tried to explain the situation but not rectify any inconveniences. My experience was terrible to say the least.
