The camera system, which is located in the rear view mirror, was damaged in the wreck. The mirror that replaced the damaged one doesn’t work and the folks at Gerber said the camera issue wasn’t from the wreck. It definitely was. I told the representative that did the quote this the day I dropped my truck off. So, now I’m taking my truck to the Ford dealership for them to run diagnostics and to get a copy of the diagnostics from my last maintenance visit…just a couple of months before the accident. All of my cameras were working. I used this truck every day for my work, so I know the cameras worked fine until the damage was done to my passenger door and rear view mirror. Very frustrated with the work NOT done properly.

I’m very happy with the job completion and I really appreciated the communication throughout the whole process with Gerber from start to finish. The lady in the office is phenomenal as well as all who worked on our vehicle. The man who did the estimate for damage was great in how he is direct and professional while being friendly. So far everything is working great, waiting on module for rear hatch. Car was not cleaned/detailed properly but was promised to be done when module is installed. All in all staff was great and I would use them again.
