On Wednesday, May 13, I brought my car back in under warranty due to the paint issue. The white paint that was applied is different from the car’s original white color, and the difference is noticeable throughout the entire bumper. That is why I gave a rating of 6, because the paint work was not done properly. So far, I have not received any message with an estimated delivery date, and yesterday I stopped by the shop and my car was still parked in the exact same spot. This situation is urgent for me because I am once again without transportation, and this is causing me additional expenses and inconvenience. I kindly ask that you act responsibly regarding a mistake that was made by your team and provide me with a quick solution. I urgently need to know when my car will be ready, since this is already the second time I have had to bring it in for the same issue.

The Ft Wayne IN location did not fix my car right so I had to take it to the Marion IN location and they are currently fixing it. The Marion location has been great getting me right in
