The work was very quick. Looked good after it was done. What really surprised me was Tory, the company rep that handled my repair. When I came for the initial quote I noticed her age first, she seemed young, I figured about 26. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and handled things well, she was especially good at communicating the process and how things were going to work. Very clear and easy to understand. I haven't had a whole lot of good experiences with people in that age group in professional roles. She is definitely the exception. During the process she kept me updated with all the info of what was going on. Once again communicating clearly. I didn't have a single worry that things weren't being handled right or that there were any problems. When the car was done she showed me the work and detailed everything that had been done. Once again I was very impressed. She is a rare find and I hope that you will take the time and give her opportunities to grow in her role with your company.

Only reason it's not a 10 is I would have preferred replacing the bumper so I wouldn't have to worry about cracking or problems later but it looks good and the work was good from what I've seen. It was also surprisingly fast. Biggest plus had more to do with the staff. Tori who handled my case was outstanding.
