Jessica, Tory, and Brandon were all terrific to work with. The original body shop I called couldn’t do the work for 8 weeks. When I called Gerber, they got me in for an estimate the next day and started the work the following Monday. It was scheduled to take 7 business days, but they finished two days early. I was extremely happy with the service I received and the updates provided throughout the experience. If I am involved in any other hit-and-run collisions (hopefully not), I will definitely use Gerber Collision again. Thank you all!

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. After someone hit me, their insurance company said this was the closest repair location for me since I live in Ohio. It was definitely worth the drive! All I had to do was drop off my car and Gerber did the rest! Great customer service and a quick repair job! Hopefully I won’t have to utilize their repairs services again, but if I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of!
