I am 100% satisfied with everyone at this particular Gerber collision. This is the second time I have had my car serviced by them and I’m always impressed how they keep me updated every step of the way. I said it before and I’ll say it again, Trish is absolutely wonderful to work with at the front desk. She made my first experience run so smoothly that I absolutely wanted to use them again. James was excellent in keeping me informed on the status of my car and answered all my questions and was friendly to work with. I know getting into an accident is extremely stressful but the staff makes it so much easier. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent workmanship and hospitality that the team at the New Haven Ave Gerber Collision has. I will continue to use them for any work that I may need done in the future and I will also continue to spread their good name around.
