We still have a noise coming from the front end. I’m not sure if it has to do with the repairs or something entirely different. If the owner was picking up I would have spoke to the person who also decided to not change the head light on the opposite side( resulting in one clean and one dirty). I had also asked when repainting touch ups be done in the side mirrors was not done. The cost doubled in price and the small things was ignored.

The repairs that were performed were very satisfactory as anyone would expect. The communications were below average with the promised repair completion date extremely poor. F-- on a grading scale. I didn't need to hear about not having enough help. Covid-19. That's NOT MY problem, but you made it mine. I contacted my insurance rep and they were not longer sending business to this location. I also made the same comments on Facebook and Twitter and friends, neighbors and my wife's Bishop Luers colleagues.

Everyone did a good job. Very helpful staff, they did all the back end work to get approval from the insurance company and my bumper cover looks as good as new!

Honestly can't give high marks on this one because I chose gerber because it was a pre-approved shop with the guy who hit my car's insurance and convenience was the number one factor in my decision
