The customer service at the Gerber location I was at was phenomenal. They were sympathetic about the issue with my car along with being very proactive in letting me know the status of my car. Both front house and mechanics in back were friendly and helpful. I will always recommend a Gerber to anyone solely due to how well the customer experience was.
