Everyone I encountered was great and very helpful. Marianna got me in for an estimate so quickly and everything was arranged. Tiffany kept me up to date and was very kind as well. Repairs were done ahead of estimated scheduled amount of time which was awesome.

The place on the back bumper where you painted it was not smooth our it sanded and does nil look very good or professional ! I would like to bring it in some time next week .

I called to say I was not pleased with the paint job on the back bumper and the man I talk to was very rude!!!also there was an obvious dent under the door handle on the passenger side door!!!!!

I talked to a man and told him that I felt the spot on the back bumper looked terrible and could have been painted better. His response was" what are you complaining about we did it for free because the insurance company wouldn't pay for it!. You ought be glad we painted it!!!

Office staff were professional and friendly. We were provided with a reasonable time frame estimate, and the team was able to complete the job a day earlier than anticipated, which was nice. Even though our preferred location was not staffed to complete the repairs, Gerber transferred our vehicle to a location that could start work right away. I appreciated them letting us know this was a possibility and facilitating transporting our vehicle between locations.
