I have been so impressed by the constant updates provided by text, having never experienced such exceptional customer service. Every time I received an update I returned a text with my appreciation. I wish every company did this for their customers. It was especially helpful for me since I have a handicap vehicle that had to be repaired by a special repair shop in Roanoke Indiana, with the body work completed by Gerber. I’m in Florida and my vehicle was shipped to ATC April 12, so I’m anxiously awaiting completion and return. Again thank you!!!!
