I felt there was no point to turning my car in on a Monday only to be told (after me checking in, and never being updated) that as of Thursday, work hadn’t even been started. The work took much longer than I expected, and I also received text messages leading to believe it would take much longer. I always had to chase down updates; I was never proactively updated. I did not feel cared for. I do appreciate that the work was done well, and everyone was friendly, but I got no updates and it took way too long.
