Everyone did a great job. Michael was awesome. Always communicated with me went above and beyond customer service. Everyone in the facility was super nice to me. Treated me like a family. I will always come back and have a car fixed or truck fixed there. Thanks for the great job Jimmy. My truck is very happy.

The repair took longer than expected because parts were delayed, but your team kept us informed every step of the way with weekly updates and phone calls whenever there was a change. We always knew what was happening, and that gave us great peace of mind. We would especially like to recognize Mike, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. He was consistently kind, professional, and attentive, making sure all of our questions were answered and that we were kept informed. His excellent communication and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. The quality of the repair exceeded our expectations.
