Friendly helpfull people that was super quick while being profesional, litterally had the fender, headlight replaced painted and 4 wheel alignment and rim repair inless then a week. Idk any other place this quick and this efficient

I would still recommend Gerber, and my husband and I have used Gerber over the years, and I know from time to time things can be overlooked. I am not dissatisfied with Gerber as a whole, I just provided you with honest answers to give you the opportunity for growth and improvement.

Customer service was good, but there was the inconvenience of having the original items such as, "strut, rim, and a couple of other parts left in the back of my car that I had to remove to use the back seat, only to receive a call that the items were needed back at Gerber. As a result I had to lug the items back out of my garage and take them to Gerber during my lunch break.

I expected to drive that stinky rental car for the week? I only had to drive it for 24 hours and I got my beautiful Lexus back better then before.. I would highly recommend you guys
