Gerber's communication was terrible throughout the whole process. They did not call me a single time and I had to contact them to get information and simple updates about my car. They would tell me that they would call me back but then never did. I was very disappointed because I had a good experience with Gerber previously. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. The work on the car itself was good and satisfactory.
