I was very happy and satisfied with the entire experience. The day I went to get an estimate, I was received by Gabriel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately took me out to inspect my truck and then took me inside to go over the estimate. I thought it was very reasonable. I also spoke to Louie, who helped me get a rental. My insurance covered a set amount, and the rental agency only had one vehicle for twice the price. He schmoozed the agent and I was able to get the rental at the price my insurance had approved. I was told it would take about a week before I would get my truck back, but it was ready about 2 days early. When I arrived on 7/1, my truck looked beautiful and it was sparkling clean, this was thanks to Jesus and his detail team. The truck was smooth and shiny on the exterior and the inside looked so nice!! I was also impressed that after all they had done, I was told to come back for a wash and wax in 4 weeks on the house!! You gotta love Gerber Collission & Glass!!

I already did this survey, but if it didn’t go through, so yes, I will totally redo. I had an accident and had heard good things about this establishment. So when my insurance adjuster said I would need to get an estimate, I requested this shop. On day 1 I was greeted by Gabriel, and he was very nice and knowledgeable on what they do. And immediately took me out to inspect my truck, and then we went to get me an estimate. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and that made me happy. I wasn't expecting to drop off the car that day, but Gabriel said they could reach out to the Rental car agency. Unfortunately, Enterprise only had one vehicle and it was out of the price range that insurance would cover, so I said I would have to look somewhere else. That's when Louie reached out to Enterprise, and was able to get me the vehicle for the amount that the insurance covered. I was very impressed!! I was told that it would take about a week for me to get my car back, but actually it only took about five days. So I was happy to get my truck back before the holiday weekend. I was called on 7/1 and was informed that my truck would be ready in a few hours and that it was being washed. When I arrived, my car was in pristine condition, Jesus and his team did a wonderful job. I felt like a VIP client. And I'm sure everyone that's taken their vehicle there, feels the same way. I think they all deserve a raise. I can tell everybody takes pride in their work and I'm grateful for the service I received.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! They were perfect in every way. Their customer service is impeccable. Communication regarding my car repairs unbeatable. Everyone in the office, cordial and welcoming. They did a beautiful job on my car and they were 3 days ahead of schedule completing the job. Fantastic business!

Michael was awesome, really helpful and made the process super easy. Helped with payment, insurance, easy fast quote up front, and the shop was able to repair my car in a day and a half (relatively minor repair) but my insurance was saying it was up to four day repair. Work looks great and the shop customer service was top notch.
