All the gentlemen were courteous and respectful but I felt left hanging when they were taking care of things and not letting me know what they were doing and they were not communicating what they were doing. I didn't know if they were still working on my behalf or forgot me or what.

This is an extremely professional organization from the initial encounter, throughout the process until picking up the car which is finely detailed. The employees are polite and respectful and explain the process clearly. Although I never met the workers in the back our car was done perfectly by them and we appreciate their fine workmanship. We left something in our car. When we went to get it out of the car, they couldn't find the car. They said that it was at a different location, but the other location had no record of it. Fortunately, the repairs were completed late morning of the next day so it didn't cause any inconvenience.
